ASIGNMENT:
1. Change a tire on your family car under the supervision of one of your parents. If your not sure how to do it read your vehicles owners manual.Write a type 3 writeup.

When changing a tire i did not know the correct steps but i had a clue. so i read the owners manual of my car the it went all good. The steps i followed are below.

1.Use the wrench to loosen the lug nuts
2.Use the jack to lift the vehicle off the ground.
3.Remove the lug nuts and pull the tire off the car
4.Place the spare on the car
5.Put on the lug nuts.
6.Lower the car back to the ground.
7.make sure the lug nuts are tightened.
8.Put your flat tire and tools back in your trunk.


Most of the time when you need to change a car tire is on the side of the road. There are certain safety procedures you should take when changing your car tire. You should first find a safe place to pull over and when you do youo should turn your hazard lights on. Some extra procedure you should take would be to buy a roadside saftey kit.
