POLICE:
When the police station was visited they talked about getting arrested. some subjects they discussed were, getting pulled over, field sobriety test, Miranda rights, Breathalyzer, paying bail, arraignment, and trail.
getting pulled over by law enforcement is because they have reasonable suspicion about the drivers acts it could be speeding, broken tail light, etc. Any officer has the right to ask you to perform a field sobriety test and you have to obey.
