Asignment 7/11

Graduated Licensing
FCA's
1) explain what the Vermont Graduated License Law is all about.
2) Express in your own words how you feel about the law and would you suggest any changes to the law.
3) correct spelling and grammar.

Graduated licensing.

Graduated licensing is for the age of at least 15 years and must hold permit for one year before getting a junior operating license unless 18 years of age. The law says that you must be accompanied in the car by someone who is 25 years or older, drivers ed teacher, and parent or guardian.

To carry a junior operators license you have to be 16 or 17 years of age and have your learners permit for at least one year. I feel that this law was very well thought out and is fair and also takes the side of the safety of young drivers.

Nice job on the assignment. Did you see how the point system affects the graduated license law?
